I like how you mention taking your customers for granted and letting them leave angry without resolving a dispute. So many times you see a business fail because they let their emotions get the best of them and do not resolve an issue with a client/customer. 

It has been found that many times an angry customer/client will come back for more business if their disputes are fixed. Even though you may not agree with someone, it does not mean you should not try to fix it, this will help keep your business running.</description>
